   The core material of cold room door sandwich panel is polyurethane and panel integral foaming.The thickness of the  core material is between 75-200mm.Can be customized according to customer requirements.

   Cold room doors can be divided into --hinge doors,sliding doors and lifting doors.

1.  Hinge door is divided into semi-buried door,full-buried door and  lumbar bar door(rotating shaft door)

2.  The sliding door is electric and manual.Manual door and electric door are divided into two kinds:single-open and double-open .according to weight:light door (plastic sub-frame within 1.2 maters),medium door(sub-frame within 1.8 meters),heavy door(sub-frame over 1.8 meters).The door frame can be made of foamed frame,which has good thermal insulation,sealing and long service life.The sealing strip can withstand the rapid change of temperature and pressure caused by wind pressure during testing without causing condensation.Aluminum alloy or stainless steel are selected to make the door edge.The panel can be made of coloured steel or stainless steel .It has good thermal insulation and is equipped with self-limiting electric heating wire.

3. The lifting door has vertical lifting door and rolling shutter door of refrigeration,heat preservation lifting door of workshop ,etc.

   Easy to open,fast and safe to use.The door body is lifted along the fixed track,and the same torsion spring system is used to balance the door body,open and close freely,with unique sealing structure and stability performance.Its design takes occupancy space minimization as the standard ,vertical to the ground,parallel to the wall operation ,so as to maximize the saving of occupancy area and space,fully meet the requirements of different customers.

The whole foaming of the polyurethane and the panel is adopted,the appearance is flat, the heat preservation performance is good,the unique round-round shape,the aluminum alloy or the stainless steel material is used for manufacturing the door edge,the panel can be made of colored steel plate or stainless steel,and equipped with limited temperature shop tropical.
The electronic control system of Suzhou Mokang is adopted.which has the functions of synchronization and clamping prevention, convenient installation and superior performance.

  1  How can I place order?
       A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

  2  How can I pay you?
      A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/Tand L/C are the most usual ways we are using.

  3  What's the order procedure?
      A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

  4  How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
       A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

  5  How do you check all the goods in the production line?
      A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
